Claptrap struts his stuff in new Borderlands 3 trailer

Borderlands 3 - Claptrap Presents: Pandora

Gearbox has finally revealed a new trailer for Borderlands 3, showing off the lands of the planet players of the games have come to both love and hate. And the leader of this little tour of carnage is led by someone who gamers equally love or hate. That character is the irritatingly upbeat jukbot, Claptrap.

This first trailer is actually part of an upcoming series of trailers from Gearbox about their upcoming shooter. Claptrap tours players around the chaotic and destructive lands of Pandora in the new trailer. You’ll probably recognize many of the locales and beasties shown off in the video, so keep your eyes peeled.

We can expect to see more previews over the next few weeks, possibly showing off weapons and characters, as we get closer to release. Check out the snazzy new trailer down below. And if you want to take a look at some more gameplay, a new Gunner class was shown off in another trailer.

Claptrap is a rather legendary character in the Borderlands franchise. His style of being constantly cheery despite depressing circumstances has become a hallmark of the series. And even though the original voice actor is no longer involved with the project after a dispute with the controversial head of Gearbox, Randy Pitchford, fans are still excited to reunite with their little robopal.
