Battlefield V minimum PC system requirements revealed

Battlefield V Reveal

DICE has published the minimum specs for the PC version of Battlefield V.

The Frostbite-powered game has the same specs as Battlefield 1, so if you ran that game, you shouldn’t hit any issues with this one either. As we get closer to that October release, expect to see more specs for the recommended settings, as well as more Battlefield V news in general.

As for how that game will look, we can’t say until we see some more actual gameplay footage. Some of which will definitely show up at E3 this year.

Battlefield V Minimum System Requirements

OS: 64-bit Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10
Processor (AMD): AMD FX-6350
Processor (Intel): Core i5 6600K
Memory: 8GB RAM
Graphics card (AMD): AMD Radeon™ HD 7850 2GB
Graphics card (NVIDIA): nVidia GeForce® GTX 660 2GB
DirectX: 11.0 Compatible video card or equivalent
Online Connection Requirements: 512 KBPS or faster Internet connection
Hard-drive space: 50GB
In other Battlefield 5 news, DICE confirmed that even though the Premium season pass is gone, and that the game won’t feature loot boxes. However, the game will have cosmetic items like skins and vehicle customizations that can be bought with real money. There’s also the inclusion of the “live services” in Tides of War that will likely be a source for more monetization options later on in the games life cycle.
