The Fortnite Map Challenges for Chapter 2 Season 3 Week 3 have been revealed. Of all the challenges released, several involve traveling around the map and finding various items. You do this to earn XP as part of the Battle Pass, all while unlocking a bunch of cosmetic items and other goodies. And yes, you can even use these to help you unlock Parts and Colors for your new Umbrella. And with all of the goals you have this week, there’s tons of XP to earn. The goals for the various challenges vary a lot. And with this one, there’s not much to this goal of having to score a goal on the soccer pitch in Fortnite.
So the process of this challenge is very simple. You just need to head to Pleasant Park. It’s a quaint town located to the north of Holly Hedges. The soccer pitch itself has undergone some basic changes compared to last season, but the basic layout is largely the same. The pitch is located in the center of this zone.
Scoring the goal is very simple. The ball spawns in the pitch and all you need to do is run into it. Sending it flying into the goal just once is enough to get things done. When you get the goal, the ball will explode in a cloud of confetti. And if you happen to miss it when another player scores, the ball will respawn.
And if you want some more XP to earn for your Battle Pass, there’s tons to do. There are a bunch of other weekly challenges in Chapter 2 Season 3. Here’s the list so far:
- Use different Ziplines at the Authority (0/8)
- Search chest or ammo boxes at Holly Hedges (0/7)
- Find Deadpool floaties at The Yacht (0/3)
- Score a goal on the soccer pitch at Pleasant Park (0/1)
- Eliminations at Lazy Lake (0/3)
- Headshot Henchmen at the Fortilla (0/20)
- Gather or consume Foraged Items at the Orchard (0/5)
And if you want it, here’s a video guide for those of you visual learners out there.
