Path of Exile releases new skins and Synthesis concept art

Path of Exile 3.6 Synthesis League

Another day, and we’ve got more Path of Exile news. This time Grinding Gear Games has taken to revealing some new cosmetic effects that players can spend their points on. There’s also some really interesting concept art from the development of Synthesis League to gawk at.

Starting off the bundle of new effects is the fiery Infernal Bow. The Infernal Bow is decorated with pieces of flesh and is imbued with flames, making it a great compliment for many armor sets.

The next new effect is the lightning character effect, which immerses your entire character in a blue arcing style, so shocking.

Then there’s the new and deceptively simple Pickaxe weapon. Don’t be fooled by it’s simple appearance, this tool packs a punch.

And finally, there’s the Ultimate Chaos Axe effect up for grabs. This ember-colored effect can apply to many two-handed weapons, and gives POE players plenty of sinister flair to flaunt.

But not content with just new MTX effects, GGG also released a bunch of really neat concept art from the development of Synthesis League. You can check those out down below. There’s some images of new NPC Cavas, as well as designs for some of the new and reworked enemy types in the expansion.

Grinding Gear Games also plans to drop a development update on Synthesis League this week as well, so keep an eye out for that.

If you’re a new player and need help getting started in POE 3.6, don’t worry, we’ve got you. There’s a new players guide to POE that lays out the basics of playing this ARPG. If you want a POE 3.6 starter build, that’s here too. We’ve also got a guide about the basics of Synthesis League and the Memory Nexus if you want that. For you end-game farmers, we’ve even got a guide to mapping in Synthesis.
