Kena: Bridge of Spirits System Requirements

Kena: Bridge of Spirits recommended and minimum system requirements

Kena: Bridge of Spirits is a story-driven, action-adventure game from developers Ember Lab.  The game has just come to the Epic Games Store, bringing it to the PC for a new audience. The story is based around a rather cutesy series of characters within a whimsical forest one a grand adventure.

The release of the game on PC means that now PC gamers are wondering if their rig can handle it. It’s a pretty basic game, so don’t worry too much. If you’re running modern hardware, you should be fine by all metrics.

And yes, the game is coming to various consoles as well, including the PS5. Check out the trailer for Kena: Bridge of Spirits down below.

Minimum

  • OS – 64-bit Windows 7/8.1/10
  • CPU – AMD FX-6100/Intel i3-3220 or Equivalent
  • GPU – AMD Radeon HD 7750/NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 or Equivalent
  • RAM – 8 GB RAM
  • Storage – 25 GB
  • Direct X – Version 11

Recommended

  • OS – 64-bit Windows 7/8.1/10
  • CPU – AMD Ryzen 7 1700/Intel i7-6700K or Equivalent
  • GPU – AMD RX Vega 56/ Nvidia GTX 1070 or Equivalent
  • RAM – 16 GB RAM
  • Storage – 25 GB
  • Direct X – Version 11

The basic requirements are really low for Kena: Bridge of Spirits. Older i3 CPUs for Intel are really basic. As one of the basic Ivy Bridge CPUs, there is no way you won’t be able to run this game at a minimum. The FX-6100 is even worse, given that the 2012 era was a time when AMD was noticeable worse than Intel for performance. And it will be even easier to run this game if you’re at 720p.

Having a modern Ryzen CPU or Intel series is a good bet here. The Ryzen 7 series, even within the first-gen Ryzen, is still solid for this game. And those on the aging hardware from this front should still find a perfectly fine experience. The GPU side of things is also pretty easy to deal with. Having to only hit the mark of a GTX 1070 or Vega GPU is a pretty simple mark for 2020. Most players on newer hardware should be pretty solid.

RAM requirements seem pretty basic, with 8 GB setting the baseline. The majority of modern games need 8GB, so it seems like this new game is aiming for that mark. Those with 16 GB or more should see a little better performance, but the difference will be pretty slight overall.
