Genshin Impact Banners are a very big part of the RNG nonsense within the game. There’s a lot of criticism to be made about the nature of this gacha game, but it is what it is. Banner characters mean that the rolls on the gacha boxes are much easier to predict. The game rotates the contents of the box to be in line with the banner. So that means that the characters and items shown in the banners are much more likely to come out of rolls.
Banners rotate all the time, and it’s always pretty hard to get 5-Star characters outside of the banner. The manipulation of RNG within the banners means that it’s best to save up as many Primogems as you can to roll enough to hope for the pity reward at worst. If you don’t get the 5-Star, the game will often give you a consolation roll after enough. Problem is, this is extremely expensive.
Genshin Impact Zhongli Banner Details
There are four new characters coming to the game as the banner. The new legendary 5-star Zhongli will be the feature. Zhongli is an incredibly powerful polearm user. With the right weapon, you can use this hero as a major hitter with lightning-fast attacks. Buffing his raw attack and Criticals can be really powerful, now you just have to get the character.

A new login event will also be added to the game. The Genshin Impact Zhongli Banner event will be called Seize the Day, and include a batch of new items. The new event will run from December 1 through December 16. You can claim a total of seven rewards on different days. You don’t need to login seven days in a row, just for seven days total.
