With all of the new NPCs in Fallout 76 with the Wastelanders update and their associated factions players will have plenty of grinding to do. With all the quests and other tasks you’re going to complete, you will be showered with loot. One of the items you will eventually see are Treasury Bonds. Gold Bullion is a currency within the game that can be traded for via another new NPC named Smiley. The Bullion can then be traded for various other items.
Each of the three Gold Bullion vendors in Fallout 76 is associated with their own unique faction, each offering their own storylines as well. The vendors will sell you various items for Gold. The more faction reputation you have with the members of that area, the more items you can purchase from the Gold Bullion vendor.
The three locations of the Gold Bullion vendors in Fallout 76 are as follows:
- The Crater – north part of the map. You’re looking for Mortimer who is west of Prickett’s Fort in the Crater Core building.
- The Foundation – south part of the map nearby to Spruce Knob Campground. Use the Underground HQ Main Elevator to find Samuel.
- Vault 79 – northeast side of the map and east of Bailey Family Cabin. You need to speak to Regs to speak with the vendor here.
