Zombie Army 4: Dead War announced, coming soon

Zombie Army 4: Dead War is coming to the PC on February 4th 2020

Rebellion has just revealed the release date and some new details for their latest zombie shooter, Zombie Army 4: Dead War. The Zombie Army franchise has always been known for blasting apart undead legions with ruthless efficiency, and this latest game is no different, only you’re being made more effective with some insane new toys. And of course, there is a new trailer going along with this announcement. Rebellion looks to be really ratcheting up the action for this latest sequel. Zombie Army 4: Dead War will release on the PC on February 4th, 2020, just in case you were wondering.

The game looks incredibly gory and vicious, as the franchise has established itself over the years. But aside from that bloodshed, there’s so much more being offered by Zombie Army 4: Dead War. There’s a much deeper focus on progression this time around, with a ton of new upgrades to unlock. Not only are there destructive new weapons to blast undead hordes to pieces with, but there’s a suite of new abilities for the players to screw around with too. There are even cosmetic unlocks and emotes that can be used to show off in multiplayer, offering a nice little bonus.

Here’s how the developers describe the setup:

“From Venetian canals gurgling with death to a Croatian zoo now home to mortal terror, and pouncing, bloodthirsty Creepers to grotesque, zombified tanks, demonically possessed and able to spawn undead at will. Brace yourself for a Mediterranean nightmare in the post-World War 2 hellscape of Zombie Army 4.”

Zombie Army 4: Dead War is due for PC and consoles this February. Check out the new game in the trailer down below.
