You must find the Sword of Night and Flame in Elden Ring inside the Caria Manor region, located in the northwest part of the Liurnia region.
There’s a room on the east side of the manor you need to get to. This room is accessible from the walkways above. Starting from the Lower Level site of grace, head east across the various rooftops of the lower levels. Head north after the first intersection, and follow the path to its end. Look down across the gap to the north to see a rooftop you need to jump to. Beyond that is another gap that leads to a ladder downwards. Take that ladder, and the chest with the sword will be inside..
