Glaze Lily in Genshin Impact is one of many different Ascension materials in the game. Players will need to farm a bunch of this to ascend any characters that use it. Each character has its own required materials, and each rank requires a bunch. The flowers will respawn every 48 hours in real-time, so to farm them you will need to do some work. The wait isn’t too bad though as things can be sped up by taking on other tasks. You will likely be doing a lot of farming, but at least the trade-off for power in battle is worth it.
Where to Find the Glaze Lily in Genshin Impact
There’s one place you can go to get plenty of these flowers. You can find them in a couple of different areas. You will mostly find them in Liyue Harbor and Qingce Village. Be aware that these flowers are only concentrated in these two locations.

What do you need Glaze Lily for?
At the time of writing this, the Glaze Lily is solely used in increasing Ningguang’s ascension rank. There’s so far only one of these options in the game. The Ascension takes a fair bit of the resource though. As of now, it takes 168 Glaze Lillies to Ascend Ningguang to Rank 6. You don’t have to farm it all right away as it will likely be like this for a while.
Keep in mind that the game is still very early in its life, and this could change at any point. It’s pretty likely that new characters could be added, and you might need more of these items to Ascend with them.
Ningguang is a solid party member that makes battles pretty easy with lots of buffs and strong attacks. She uses Geo attacks that offer some nice defensive buffs as well. She can also use her abilities to increase both her projectile and auto-attack DPS, which helps in some fights.
