Where to find Bárid in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Mechanics Guide

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s Wrath of the Druids DLC introduces players to a new location for the games, Dublin. You’re in the iconic city to help out some nobles settle their debts, all as part of solidifying Elvior’s power in the region. Eivor’s cousin needs your help taking down some rivals, and it’s going to take some work. It seems that Bárid is having to deal with being hounded by his rival. Here’s where to find Bárid in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.

You need to hunt down where he’s located. It turns out that Bárid wants a meeting. But first, you need to find him. The game doesn’t tell you exactly where to go, you need to find out. The game clues you in that he’s around Dublin somewhere. The clues you get at first are that the camera kind of points you in the right direction. You need to go to the hills outside of Dublin and use your Raven sense to find out exactly where to head.

So head in the direction the camera pointed toward those large hills. Using your Raven outside of town will reveal that your target is in the burial mounds to the south. It’s a bit of a walk, but it’s not too hard to find him once you get there. The game UI will also highlight Bárid when you fly overhead.

Head directly south of Dublin, along the main road. You’re after a place called Gortknaw, that’s where you will find this NPC. The goal is a hill in the area where Bárid is hanging out. You will need to speak to Bárid and ask about his father to continue the quest.

The quest will send you back into Dublin. You’re not getting off easy though, as Thorstein’s men will ambush you. This is another noble who wants Bárid and his family out of the picture. You need to beat your way through them and get back on track. Once you do that, you will then be guided to assassinating the rival claimant to wrap up the mission.
