The current version of Adventure Mode in Minecraft is much more complex, enabling some serious impressive maps to be made.
Adventure mode is a game mode intended for player-created maps, limiting some of the gameplay in Minecraft to make it more focused. The goal is to give server admins more control over their worlds, offering unique features not present in Survival or Creative. The features enabled here are often more restrictive, but similar. While Adventure Mode turns off your ability to destroy blocks directly, you can still interact with the rest of the game in other ways.
