Warhammer Chaosbane announces pre-order rewards and release date

Warhammer: Chaosbane Pre-Order Trailer

Warhammer Chaosbane, the Warhammer Fantasy-inspired ARPG, is bringing a bloody loot-fest to PCs and Consoles later this year. And now we have a new trailer showcasing the plans Games Workshop and Bigben Interactive have for this new game. Players can pre-order the game to get a bunch of cool bonuses, and there’s plenty of DLC planned as well. The game is also getting a bunch of special editions, each with their own rewards included in the sticker price.

There’s the Deluxe Edition which is the base game plus a few of the paid DLC items, namely the gold boost, a pack of four emotes and four pets for the player’s characters.

The Magnus Edition is the high-priced big boy of the special editions, with a Deluxe pack of additional content as well as the game’s Season Pass and a period of early access to the game before its launch date.

Although pre-ordering the game will get you early access in various beta periods, the developers are also handing out for four Legendary Crates, essentially loot boxes, with all pre-orders.

Speaking of the beta, there are two planned periods of testing for Warhammer Chaosbane. The first kicks off in March 2019, and with another following in April. The beta periods will allow player to experience the opening sections of each of the four character campaigns in either singleplayer or co-op gameplay.

Games Workshop is also putting out a bunch of bonus items that can be purchased separately. Many of these bonuses are bundled into the Season Pass as well, which in addition to the goodies mentioned above, also includes an additional chapter for the campaign and a new skill tree.

Warhammer Chaosbane plans to launch on June 4, 2019 for PC, Xbox One and PS4. Check out the newest trailer for the game down below.
