If you’ve ever played Warframe, you know the trials and tribulations of unlocking a new piece of gear. Gathering the materials and blueprints is hard and tedious work. One of the bigger annoyances is gathering the parts and materials to build the Warframes themselves. These ultra-powerful tools of destruction take a major time and resource investment. So ISKMogul is here to guide your hand in farming the materials needed to create each frame.
First up is the agile and quick Ivara. Ivara was first spotted in Waframe in 2016, as a nimble hunter who is just as deadly in melee as she is with her trusty bow. And even in 2019, she is still a very sought after frame choice for new and veteran players. Check out the most powerful stealth frame in the game in action.
The key to unlocking Ivara is Spy missions. These infiltration-focused runs, just like any other mission in Waframe, have different rotations. For Ivara, the needed parts are hidden in the C Rotation rewards. The C rotation means that the 3rd vault must be completed successfully to have a chance for the drop to happen. So you need to run these missions to get those rotations. These missions also reward Void Relics and Mods.
Check the Waframe Wiki for more details on mission rewards.
As far as what type of missions to farm, this is down to personal preference and the quality of your build. The game is designed to be possible with any decently powerful frame. But to minimize farming time, you will absolutely want a stealthy frame like Loki or the speedy Volt to cut down on the time in missions. Tailor your damage to the enemy types to make it even faster. If you’re running Corpus missions, runs Corpus damage Mods.
Each of the three Blueprints is further restricted based on the level of the missions, so this means you will need to be able to reliably farm these levels to get Ivara parts:
- Systems – Easy Levels 1-15
- Chassis – Medium Levels 16-25
- Neuroptics and Main Blueprint – Hard Levels 26+
Here’s the breakdown for the resources you need to farm to unlock this frame:
Chassis
- 15,000 Credits
- 5 Morphics
- 2000 Cryotic
- 700 Rubedo
- 4 Nitain Extract
Neuroptics
- 15,000 Credits
- 5 Neurodes
- 800 Plastids
- 2600 Polymer Bundle
- 2 Argon Crystal
Systems
- 15,000 Credits
- 5 Control Module
- 1000 Rubedo
- 5 Nitain Extract
- 1 Argon Crystal
Once you have all of the needed Blueprints and materials, you can kick off production of the parts all at once to save time. In total, you will need 24 hours to assemble the three parts and the total frame, assuming you start the three parts at the same time. If not, expect to wait 12 hours for each one individually. You can bypass these 12-hour clocks by spending Warframe’s premium currency, Platinum.
Warframe is free-to-play now on PC, PS4, Xbox One and Switch. The developers recently deployed the Rising Tide update, which introduced the first of the player-built ships, the Railjack.
