Undertale is getting a physical Collector’s Edition on the Switch

Undertale Switch Collector's Edition

The indie sleeper hit that was Undertale is headed to the Nintendo Switch, and it’s getting a cool Collector’s Edition.

This new physical release is exclusive to Fangamer, and is essentially the same game as the PS4 and PS Vita versions of Undertale, but with all the physical goodies thrown in. The Collector’s Edition will include the complete soundtrack, a sheet music booklet featuring annotations by creator Toby Fox, a “14k gold-plated brass music box locket,” a “sturdy matchbox-style collector’s box,” and standard edition copy of Undertale.

That standard edition will cost $29, while the full Collector’s Edition will cost $69. So whether you’re just picking up this game for the first time, or you’re a hardcore fan looking for some schwag, you’re pretty spoiled for choice.

Both the standard and collector’s editions of the Switch release will also include a 24-page booklet illustrated by Undertale artist Temmie Chang.

The exact September date for the Switch release is not known, but the game is already available on multiple platforms. You should really check it out on PC, Mac, Linux, PS4, and the Vita.
