The newest faction for Total War: Warhammer 2 is on the way. Prepare for the necrotic Tomb Kings to march into battle on January 28 in the latest DLC pack from Creative Assembly.
Creative Assembly released an 11 minute gameplay trailer that shows off the new Tomb Kings faction.
Everything from raising the dead, to treasure-plundering at sea and striking trade deals with neighboring factions is demonstrated in the footage below, as the two eccentric armies do battle. Have a look if you dare:
Alongside that great trailer, Creative Assembly has also unveiled the Tomb Kings’ roster—whose Legendary Lords also include Grand Hierophant Khatep and High Queen Khalida, beyond the two stalwarts featured above. Elsewhere, mounts include Skeletal Steeds, Chariots of the Gods, Warsphinxs, while monsters like the Hierotitan and Tomb Scorpion look petrifying. And of course, the new faction brings a literal horde of skeletal variants for its rank and file troops in both ranged and melee positions.
