The Witcher 3 gets a pretty big patch on consoles and PC

Netflix's The Witcher has cast Ciri and Yennefer

Following the release of The Witcher 3 patch 1.06, players have still been having a few issues. They also had some complaints, because of course they do. Developer CD Projekt RED has been slowly adding new features and adjustments to the game over time. But with a few oversights, there are some lingering problems.

The biggest news this week is that the company is removing a few problematic things, and fixing some other stuff. For example, there will not be now weight attached to crafting items and recipes. And speaking of recipes, these can now be pinned to make them easier to handle. Players also have a stash for inventory management as well. Patch 1.07 is coming to PC, PS4 and Xbox One and will add these changes and more.

Another big change is that there is a new responsive movement mode for the main character coming. Players will also get easier to control Roach too.

We can also expect a huge amount of quest fixes to come in as well. CD Projekt RED has yet to reveal the full patch notes, but it seems like this next hotfix will continue the work built up by the previous patch.

Here’s the recap given to us by the developer which runs down the basic changes:
