Skybound Games had picked up The Walking Dead game franchise following the highly controversial collapse of Telltale Games. Since then, the developer/publisher has polished off the final entry in the franchise, Telltale’s The Walking Dead: The Final Season, but they aren’t done with the zombie adventure games just yet.
Earlier today, Skybound announced a rather special new version of the iconic franchise, yes I said franchise, that’s because the company is bundling together the best parts of The Walking Dead adventure games into one collector’s edition bundle. Say hello to The Walking Dead’s Definitive Series. The collection contains all 4 Seasons and The Walking Dead: Michonne, offering more than 50 hours of gameplay.
This collection of the games includes a bunch of physical and digital goodies. And as is the norm with these special edition offerings, there are multiple editions to choose from, each one packed with more impressive bonuses compared to the last.
- Protector Pack ($99.99) – “School for Troubled Youth” shirt, Clementine & Lee Pins, Kenny Cap, Clementine Nesting Dolls, and a Disco Broccoli Plush.
- Guardian Pack ($249.99) – Packed in a box with gold stamped signatures from the Still Not Bitten team, includes all items from Protector Edition, plus Clementine & Lee figurines, and a Clementine Art print from comic book artists Eric
- Signature Pack ($349.99) – Packed in a signature stamped box, includes hand-signed art print from the Still Not Bitten team, voiceover artists and The Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman. Also includes all items from the Guardian Edition. Only 100 available!
