The Crew 2 lets you play with hovercraft in Gator Rush DLC

The Crew 2 has debuted it’s first free DLC update, and it’s brought some hovercraft along.

The open-world racing game is releasing it’s first free update with the Gator Rush pack. And since The Crew 2 isn’t limited to just cars, of course this update had to mix things up a bit. The Gator Rush update adds a new class of Off-Road vehicles, and the associated Disciplines to The Crew 2. The new Hovercraft Discipline is the big focus here obviously. Expect multiple new vehicles and 20+ activities in the update.

But it’s not just new vehicles being brought along for the ride. A new “Ace” difficulty mode will also be added. Ace mode will award legendary vehicle parts to race winners, allowing for much more fine-tuned vehicle. Although you should expect much more realistic racing on more difficult track layouts in this mode, so it won’t be an easy win.
