The best Borderlands character, Tiny Tina, is coming back in Borderlands 3

Borderlands 3 Teaser Trailer Revealed

With the return of the incredibly beloved Borderlands franchise in Borderlands 3, fans are eagerly awaiting more news about the shooter franchise. News which the developer has been very keen to hold back, although they have shared a few tidbits here and there. One of the recent bits of news that was revealed came out of a Twitter exchange between Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford and some Borderlands fans.  During said exchange, on fan asked about the potential to see their favorite character, Boderlands 2‘s Tiny Tina, coming back for the new title. And Pitchford confirmed that both the character and Ashly Burch are returning in the new entry.

Tiny Tina is a very interesting, albeit slightly nuts, character who quite a few players of the game she first appeared in were totally enraptured by. Tiny Tina is an orphan who takes her revenge on the cruel wastes by using her special explosive friends, namely bomb-filled Teddy Bears. In her own words, they have “a belly full of dynamite and a booty like POW!”. Are you convinced that she’s a badass yet?

Ashly Burch, the wonderfully cheerful voice actor and online personality, is of course returning to voice the character that she played in Borderlands 2. She has of course played dozens of other characters in games and other properties over the years, including some quite incredible roles for really successful games. Her accomplishments include Chloe Price in the Life is Strange franchise, Aloy in Horizon Zero Dawn, and Nebula in Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series. Although that’s just a tiny snippet of her talents and roles. Burch has also voiced an impressive number of characters in various anime projects like Sasha Braus in Attack on Titan and Mayuri Shiina in Steins;Gate 0.
