PAX East is getting underway in Boston and to celebrate Undead Labs has released a new gameplay trailer for State of Decay 2.
The trailer shows base building, crafting, character selection, and of course running about taking down zombies with all kinds of weapons and vehicles. Fair warning though, there’s plenty of State of Decay’s characteristic brutality in this trailer. The controls and visuals definitely look polished, and it seems as though Undead Labs has spent considerable effort addressing some of the jank and other issues that plagued the first game, or at least is seems that way judging from this gameplay.
State of Decay 2 releases on 22 May on PC and it will cost $22.99 for the Standard Edition and $44.99 for the Ultimate Edition. And even though it’s a Windows 10 exclusive, there’s still plenty of reasons to be excited about this latest zombie-killing spree. Check out the gruesome trailer:
