New Shadow of the Tomb Raider trailer and bundles announced at Gamescom

Shadow Tomb Raider

Square Enix and Eidos Montreal have unveiled more details about the upcoming action-adventure title, Shadow of the Tomb Raider. We’ve got a new PC-specific trailer, and some new info about the console versions.

That latest trailer focuses on vast array of graphical options, and underlying tech, that power the PC experience in Shadow of the Tomb Raider. Things like HDR support, High-quality Anti-aliasing, and improved shadow modeling and more will all be under the hood for the PC version of the game. And that’s just scratching the surface for what this monster of a PC port can do.

The other major announcement concerning this game from Gamescom 2018 is the fact that there will be special edition console bundles which include the title. These new Xbox One X bundles don’t include any special color scheme or skin, so that’s a bit disappointing, but here’s what you get for the sticker price:

  • Xbox One X, 1 TB Edition
  • Shadow of the Tomb Raider [Download]
  • Wireless Controller
  • 1 Month of Xbox Game Pass
  • 14 Day Trial of Xbox Live Gold
