Season of Celebration Guide – All the spawns and events

Season of Celebration in Pokémon Go Guide

Season of Celebration will be kicking off this month in Pokémon Go. To go along with that, Niantic has turned on all of the bells and whistles and will be running various events both new and old throughout the month. The Season of Celebration is already live as the time of writing and will run until Monday, March 1, 2021, at 8:00 a.m. During that time, players will notice a bunch of different events.  Here’s the rundown of what to expect.

Pokémon Go December Community Day event will be held on Saturday, December 12, and Sunday, December 13, 2020. Throughout the event, Pokémon featured in Community Day events throughout 2019 and 2020 will be appearing more frequently in the wild and in raids. From Wednesday, December 2, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. to Tuesday, December 8, 2020, at 10:00 p.m. local time, Pokémon originally discovered in the Kalos region will also show up in-game via various methods.

Increased spawns will be a thing in this event as well, to give Trainers something to chase. More Pokémon will get better Shiny odds and increased spawn rates during the event. Depending on the region of the world you live in, you will see an altered roster for each of the spawns during the event. The good thing here is that these spawns are not tied to special conditions. You won’t need to fight Raids, hatch eggs or do anything else. Just encounter and capture these Pokémon.
