PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS Halloween Trailer has some spooky skins

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds getting new Halloween skins and masks

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds has some new seasonal content headed for players this month. To celebrate the month of spooks in October, players are getting a bunch of new skins to collect with some horrifying themes included.

The trailer itself spins it’s own tale about these new skins, by teasing them as part of a scary story which takes place in-game. There’s a fair bit of thematic variance including a creepy clown, a butcher, a mummy, a nurse and some masks depicting skulls and pumpkins. As a lone player is hunted by a group of creeps wearing these new skins, things go south immediately as combat predictably breaks out.

In other news, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds finally pushed it’s recent major updates to the Xbox One version. There’s also a bunch of updates to the PC port which added new physics and gameplay elements. All in all, things are looking rosy for the shooter, even if they’re about to get really spooky.

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is available now on PC, Xbox One, Android, and iOS. You can also check out the newest trailer for the game down below. These new Halloween skins and masks will arrive in-game soon, but there is currently no release date.
