Path of Exile gets Twitch Prime loot for December

Twitch News

Path of Exile developer Grinding Gear Games is prepping for the release of the next expansion. To drum up some extra hype for the ARPG, the company has once again partnered with Twitch to give players and fans some free gifts via Twitch Prime. For this month’s Twitch Prime tie-ins, you can get a variety of gaming goodies. There’s even some stuff for Warframe being given out if that’s your thing, but let’s get back to POE.

The goodies in the haul this month for Path of Exile fans are the Divine Arcane portal and Holy Eyes effect, a pair of matching effects with a heavenly theme. And for the end of the league, you can pick up a free Carnival Mystery Box, when you spend any Points. Looks like more Weta pets are in order this month.

Path of Exile will launch its next expansion in a matter of days. Path of Exile 3.9, the Conquerors of the Atlas expansion, begins on December 13th. The expansion will bring the new MetaMorph League and its associated content as well. With the Conquerors of the Atlas expansion players will be introduced to an entirely new mapping system, as the Shaper and Elder content is being replaced with the new Watchstones. MetaMorph League is all about crafting bosses to your liking, and to challenge your skills.

As part of the rollout of this new patch GGG has released a ton of teasers for new content coming in POE 3.9. A ton of bow-based skills are being reworked. New Support Gems+, a more powerful variant, are also coming in the patch. And there’s so much more coming in the leadup to Path of Exile 2.

Path of Exile is out now for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. Blight League ends on December 9th, with it going core on PC shortly after that.
