GGG has announced the details of the next POE expansion. The new expansion and its rehash of endgame content has already been delayed once, and good news, that’s not happening again. The details of the first major reveal of the content is coming soon. The reveal has been scheduled for 11am (PST) which is Jan 07, 2021 2:00 PM (EST) in your local time.
Check out the POE Twitch channel for that when it happens. You can tune in at www.twitch.tv/pathofexile to watch the reveal for the new expansion, and you’re getting plenty of details. Twitch Drops will be enabled for any channel streaming in the Path of Exile category as well, adding a better incentive to watch, beyond finding out about all the new stuff.
Path of Exile 3.13.0 has already been teased for quite a while, and fans finally get more information soon. The developer also dropped a new teaser trailer, which can be seen below.
Path of Exile 3.13.0 will get a pretty quick and succinct reveal. The plan appears to be to cover the broad strokes of the expansion via the live stream announcement and Q&A session. Then the rest of the details will come out when the patch notes drop ahead of the launch.
*For the sake of brevity, we won’t discuss every single balance change, but you’ll certainly get a good idea of the direction of the changes. The patch notes the following week will contain the full details,” said the announcement of these plans. It also appears that GGG is planning to run some more reveals via their usual expansion press tours with journalists at various outlets. So expect more news as we get closer to the launch.
When does Path of Exile 3.13.0 come out?
The new expansion is still a mystery, but at least we know when to expect it. The endgame content will drop in the new patch on January 15 for PC. Console releases are scheduled for a few days later. After the PC debut comes out, the console launch on PS4 and Xbox One will come out on January 22nd.
