First Overwatch LEGO sets revealed, Bastion joins the fun

Overwatch LEGO

Blizzard recently announced that branded LEGO sets were coming soon. Overwatch fans were incredibly excited because it was revealed that these sets would focus on characters from the popular multiplayer FPS.

And now we know what the first set entails. Blizzard has unveiled the Omnic Bastion set. The Omnic Bastion kit costs $25 and consists of 182 pieces, including Lego bricks for a miniature Ganymede, the feathery friend of Bastion. The model stands at around 4″ tall and is aimed at those of age 10+, although anyone within reason who’s a fan can enjoy it under supervision.

Overwatch fans of all ages should enjoy this set as it features a customizable Bastion, although we don’t know if the build will consist of multiple modes like a turret or other modes. The product page for the set showcases blocky Bastion in his “recon” mode. You can view a preview image of that down below.

Now I hope that this leads to the announcement of a full line of LEGO Overwatch sets, please let there be a cool themed Mercy, please. Another hope I’ve seen mentioned is a LEGO game adaptation of Overwatch. There very well could be a possibility for that, depending on the success of both these sets and other LEGO games, like LEGO DC Super-Villains for example.

In other Overwatch news, the Halloween Terror event for 2018 is live. So if you want to grab some spooky new skins, or take on the horrors of Dr. Junkenstein, hop on in the game.
