Overwatch has a new themed event starting today, get ready to get spooky! Let’s get funky with Halloween Terror 2018! This event begins today and will last to October 31, so you better get in while you’ve got the chance.
There are two big draws this year that are sure to excite fans as much as terrify them. One portion of the event focuses on the PvE mode, Junkenstein’s Revenge, which brings a more traditional horde mode into Overwatch. Players in this mode choose a character from McCree, Soldier: 76, Hanzo, and Ana, and then do battle with the mutated horrors of Dr.Junkenstein to earn cool rewards.
The other big draw for this year is the thing that most are probably going to care about, the hayride full of seasonal costumes. Many of the older costumes from previous themed events will be bundled in this years loot boxes. But Blizzard are also throwing in new skins for heroes like Sombra, Wrecking Ball, Reaper, and so many more.
