Kaoru Sayama, detective of the Osaka Police Department from Yakuza 2, is back in action in Yakuza Kiwami 2. Today Sega released a brand new trailer, and it’s all about the relationship between this powerful woman and the protagonist Kazuma Kiryu. Kaoru is a breath of fresh air in video games, because she actually exhibits a level of character development that is uncommon for female characters. And even though this game is essentially a remaster of the much older Yakuza 2, it’s still great to see.
The game will release in North America and Europe on August 28th, only on PS4. Check out the latest trailer for the game down below.
