Some frustrating news for MechWarrior fans looking forward to MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries this year. It’s been delayed. The game is being pushed back to give the developers time to “deliver the best single player Mechwarrior experience to date”. And since this is the first singleplayer MechWarrior game in quite a long time, it’s understandable why they felt the need to delay for more polish and substance. Let’s just hope it will be worth it.
Despite all this, the team is still confident that they can deliver the best MechWarrior game in more than a decade. There may be more news at MechCon in a few months. MechCon will take place between December 1st and December 2nd at the Vancouver Convention Centre East Building Hall A.
