Marvel’s Avengers news from E3 2019
Marvel’s Avengers, the new tie-in title from Square Enix, assembled for E3 2019. And now fans are pretty excited about the new title. The new game is being pushed as a pretty big game, one that’s calling back to the Marvel Ultimate Alliance games in a pretty big way. Judging by the new gameplay trailer coming out of the event, players and Marvel fans can expect many of their favorite heroes to show up, including some of the biggest names.
The gameplay itself centers around chaotic 4-player cooperative battling. That alone seems like major fun for any fan of these comic characters, but things get better. Each battle will take place at an iconic location or region, like the trailer showing off the Golden Gate bridge.
A-list names like Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, and Black Widow will lead the charge. And aside from these big names, there are more characters coming, and this will make gamers happy, many of the new DLC additions will be completely free. Square Enix teased that Ant-Man is the first free DLC character, with many more to come. More maps will also be released as DLC.

E3 2019 has been an amazing year for Square Enix. We got some awesome footage of the Final Fantasy 7 remake, and a new HD remaster of Final Fantasy 8 was finally confirmed. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
