Kate Bishop: Taking AIM is the name of the next DLC bundle for the struggling superhero game, Marvel’s Avengers. Kate Bishop – Taking AIM will of course star Kate Bishop, better known to comics fans as the Young Avengers variant of Hawkeye. The developers previously teased Hawkeye, under the character Clint Barton, as also coming to the game. And it turns out that Clint is coming to the game in a mission pack called Operation Hawkeye: Future Imperfect.
Anyway, back to Kate. She’s in the world of the game to hunt down her lost mentor, original Hawkeye Clint Barton. Her abilities in-game will be vary similar to those in the comics. She’s very handy with a bow and capable in a brawl. But, she can evade if she has to, managing to teleport around and take down stronger foes.
Talented and well-known voice actor Ashly Burch is up to voice Kate in the DLC, lending her talent to bring the role to life. Ashly Burch has worked in games for some time, and is most known recently for her stellar work in Horizon Zero Dawn, where she voiced Aloy. Burch also worked on the Borderlands franchise as Tiny Tina.
Check out the DLC in action in the trailer below. Kate Bishop: Taking AIM is due out for all active versions of Marvel’s Avengers on December 8. That means the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC will all get it.
