Where to find the Magmarizer in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl
This special item is used to evolve a certain Fire-type, Magby. The Magmarizer in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl can be found in the Grand Underground in the Volcanic Cave, Sandsear Cave, or Typhlo Cavern. In each of those locations, Magby can have a small (5%) chance to be carrying the item. This means you need to hunt a bit to get lucky and catch one holding it.
Magby is exclusive to Shining Pearl, which means you either need to have that game or trade for it otherwise. You can then train Magby to level 30, while holding the item, to get a Magmar.
