LEGO DC Super-Villains launch trailer suits up ahead of release

Lego DC Super-Villains Launch Trailer

LEGO DC Super-Villains has one more trailer ahead of it’s launch next week.

Players will fight alongside many villains from within the DC universe, specifically many elements of the Legion of Doom, as they try to stop another band of superpowered foes. You even have the option of creating your own LEGO hero/villain for use within the game, so that’s kinda great. Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and Traveller’s Tales look to have crafted a well-done and high-quality experience in terms of both gameplay and story, judging from feedback I’ve seen online.

The game uses plenty of excellent voice talent to get its story across, the roster of A-list names includes Mark Hamill, Kevin Conroy and Michael Ironside. In terms of heroes and villains, this game a literal who’s who of many of the biggest names in DC Comics. The Joker, Harley Quinn, Darkseid, Doomsday and many more iconic villains will be featured in the game, it’s actually a really surprisingly thorough list of DC heroes and villains. Here’s a full list of all the main characters and their voice actors for your perusal.

You could also take a look at the story for LEGO DC Super-Villains by checking out a recently released story trailer. The basic rundown is like this, The Justice League is nowhere to be seen, and a group of super-villains calling themselves the Justic Syndicate are using the ensuing chaos to their advantage, namely to take over the world. It’s all going to hell in a handbasket, and it’s up to you to stop it.

Check out the launch trailer for the game down below. The newest LEGO title launches next week on October 16 for PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC.
