Jurassic World Evolution: Return to Jurassic Park demos new dinos

Jurassic World Evolution: Return to Jurassic Park Species Trailer

Jurassic World Evolution: Return to Jurassic Park has a new trailer this week, one all about what we all love, dinosaurs. Dr. Alan Grant, Dr. Ellie Sattler, and Dr. Ian Malcolm return to the site of the terrifying and groundbreaking 1993 film to guide players on actually achieving Hammond’s dream idea of a park. And this time, hopefully, only a few people get eaten.

The headliners of this new expansion is a group of content styled after the original Jurassic Park. Jurassic World Evolution: Return to Jurassic Park puts in all the dinos from the film, complete with skins made to look just like the film. Compsognathus, and Pteranodon join the iconic T. rex and Velociraptor as the new additions to the mutated roster. And yes, you can take all of these new beasts into the existing levels and challenges for a bit of added flair.

Being that it’s a brand new expansion, players can expect plenty of new mechanics in addition to the dinosaur friends. A new Visitor Center and Aviary add extra thematic elements within the DLC. And with the launch this December, all players will receive a free content update too. Said patch will introduce some balance changes to rangers, as well as some new interactions between dinos, guests and the aforementioned rangers.

The new expansion launches on Steam, PS4, and Xbox One for $20. The DLC launches on December 10th 2019. Check out the Steam page for more info. This is the third DLC pack released for the game. The Secrets of Dr. Wu expanded story content by adding new scenarios and events. A completely new story arc was also introduced with Claire’s Sanctuary.
