How to unlock the Penthouse
As part of the rewards for progression in MyCareer, NBA 2K22 ties the Penthouse to a bunch of different systems. As you make your way through the NBA world, there’s a lot of hurdles to get over. Players will have to grind a fair bit. To unlock the Penthouse, players need to obtain 1,000,000 MVP Points.
This is not an easy task, but it is doable. The best way to grind out these points is to take on the City MVP questlines. Players will be given a bunch of milestones that trigger with this quest. City MVP quests and points are all linked, so completing all the different missions that advance MyCareer contributes.
Any mission that can award MVP Points will work for this. Go out and do Daily quests, Personal Brand quests, Career quests, and Season quests to get those precious points.
Upon reaching the mark of 1,000,000 points, players will be handed keys to the Penthouse. From there, you can spend VC earned from playing the game to unlock new items and upgrades. There are things like Ziplines that allow you to zip around the map, which costs 100,000 VC.
