The 30th Anniversary of Bungie within Destiny 2 is underway. And with it, comes a new location on the game world map. The Eternity in Destiny 2 is a high-level location that players will encounter various special missions on. This place has a central first quest called the Dares of Eternity and contains many different branching activities. You will then work with Xur and take on a bunch of quests for him. This then leads to many other quests from other NPCs. During the course of these missions, you’re going to find many different tasks you need to complete.
Complete the Dares of Eternity
After meeting with Xur and loading into the Eternity, you get tossed into a PvE battle. You need to fight for your life against a series of hostile waves. Survive to actually gain access to the Treasure Horde. It’s a basic affair, just be sure to bring a good mix of weapons and lots of Power Ammo.
If you want to get the new Gjallarhorn weapon, you need to head here. Speak with Xur and look through his inventory. Grab the quest, And Out Fly The Wolves. Once you finish that up visit Shaw Han on the Cosmodrome and complete the Grasp of Avarice Dungeon for them. There are other steps involved as well. The Dungeon is actually easy to get to.
Starting the Grasp of Avarice Dungeon in Destiny 2
Once you have unlocked the Eternity, you will have three options to use after completing the initial quests from Xur. With the Grasp of Avarice Dungeon, you simply need to click the icon on the Eternity menu, within the Director.
After you select the activity, you get asked to choose a difficulty. New players should go in on a lower one to get a feel for the mission.
