- Ist can be farmed from the Countess and Hell Forge on Hell difficulty. There’s also a chance to get it as a generic drop on Act 5 on Nightmare difficulty.
- Dol is found from the Countess and Hell Forge on Nightmare difficulty and above. You can also use 3 Shael and 1 Chipped Ruby. You don’t have to be in ladder to get this cube recipe.
