How to increase Stamina
When you get access to the Hall of the Gods following the Prologue, you also gain access ot the primary means to increase Stamina. Within that area is the Bench of Zeus at the top of the tower. You will need to bring Zeus’s Lightning here and redeem it to gain a permanent buff to your Stamina in Immortals Fenyx Rising. Farming the Lightning can be tough, as you will have to find it at the end of every Vault in the game.
How to maintain Stamina
You can also sometimes rely on Stamina Potions to help fill in the gaps. These will need to be upgraded before you can use them regularly, as the effect of the basic potion doesn’t scale too well past the beginning of the game. Head to the Cauldron of Circe and bring along some Blue Mushroom to craft these. You can find one of the Cauldrons in the Hall of the Gods, they’re also scattered all over the map.
Gear choices are another solid option. Picking gear that increases your base Stamina in Immortals Fenyx Rising is a big help. Go for items like the Valor of the Soldier breastplate to accomplish this. You can find the Valor of the Soldier breastplate in the chest at the very top of the Observatory in the Clashing Rocks zone. It’s right before you glide across the gap and finish the tutorial zone.
