Hell difficulty is one of the best difficulties to farm. You could potentially get very lucky and farm it from earlier difficulties, but I won’t advise that. The drop chance in most instances is so low that it’s just not worth trying. The better approach is to farm bosses. As for farming bosses, Act 5 is probably the best thing you can do.

- Pindleskin
- Nihlathak
- Colenzo the Annihilator

Of these, Baal has the best drop chance of them all. But thanks to Hell difficulty, it’s not an easy fight by any stretch. Getting to Baal alone on Hell is a feat, and managing to beat him consistently means having your build dialed in. You need to be adequately prepared for fighting this bad boy.
