How to Get the Tactical Turtleneck
To get the Tactical Turtleneck, you will need to complete The Final Test mission in the ICA Facility. Keep in mind that you cannot bring tools or extra weapons on this mission, so no smuggling stuff in. Thankfully, it’s a very simple mission to complete.
How to Complete the Final Test
The Final Test mission in Hitman 3 involves Agent 47 having to infiltrate an ICA training compound and taking out a set target. Those of you who played the first Hitman game will recognize the setting for this mission from that game. Use the Destinations menu to find the ICA Facility, and you’re ready to begin.
Completing the actual mission involves first getting access to the facility and finding the target. Before you can even get close, you need to get inside. From the start head around the back of the truck. When you reach the lit-up area of the fence, you’re in the right spot. Climb over this fence and head around the right side of the building in front of you. There’s a generator there that you can mess with to draw the guard in and take him out. Hide that body and move on once you’ve taken the disguise.
If you paid attention to where that soldier was guarding, you will notice an open window. Climb through that window and head upstairs. You will need to head through the hangar to get there.
Your target is under guard on this floor, look for Jasper Knight. If you tail the pair long enough, you will notice that they leave the room they spawn in to hang out in the hallway. Wait for Jasper to look away from the guard and take the soldier out. Now you just need to stash the body, there’s a container in the restroom to do that.
Once you have disposed of the guard, take down Jasper. Escape the mission and you will have unlocked the Tactical Turtleneck in Hitman 3.
