How to get the Rytec AMR sniper rifle in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare

The Rytec AMR is one of the new elements added this week as part of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare‘s Season 4 Reloaded content drop. The new weapon offers good stopping power and range and has a lot of people wanting to get their hands on it. Being styled after various real-world anti-material rifles, it packs a ton of punch. The weapon also pairs well with the new Spotter Scope that was also added.

The weapon is a great choice for any long-range exchange of fire. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare‘s Season 4 Reloaded has a fair amount of shift for the metagame in the Warzone mode. If you’re involved in some very careful conflict with another sniper, this may well be the first choice for the weapon you want to use. If you’re pairing it with the Spotter Scope, you can use the Rytec AMR as a solid scouting weapon as well.

To unlock the Rytec AMR, you need to complete a very specific in-game challenge. You will need to earn 3 Quickscope Kills using a Sniper or Marksman Rifle in 15 different matches. This gives you plenty of luck to get the 3 kills you need. You can do the challenge within any of the available multiplayer modes, co-op, or on the Warzone battle royale map, Verdansk.

If you want to check how far you’ve gotten, head into the Edit Loadout menu and checking the challenge progress within any of your open rifle builds. Keep in mind that you need to purchase the weapon for use in Warzone, and it can be bought via the Buy Stations. You can also purchase the Damnation blueprint from the in-game store for 1,200 COD points, which equates to roughly $10.00.
