How to get the Cosmic Sugar Cube in Destiny 2

Destiny 2 Bungie 30th Anniversary Pack

With the release of the 30th Anniversary event in Destiny 2, there has been a lot of changes to the game. The new destination, Eternity, has added  lot of new things to do. While exploring and completing the Dares of Eternity event alongside Xur, you may find some special loot.

How to get the Cosmic Sugar Cube in Destiny 2

The Cosmic Sugar Cube is described as “A small crystalline hexahedron, each facet encrusted with miniature sugared galaxies. It shimmers in and out of this reality. You believe a certain impossible horse might appreciate this.”  But what is it used for? Well, you feed it to a certain glittery horse. The Cosmic Sugar Cube can be found in the Dares of Eternity event, but not just by running it.

You need to get to the second boss encounter, and get very lucky. The Treasure Orge sometimes spawns during this fight, and you must defeat them. It will rely on some good RNG, and will likely take a few runs. You should eventually get some of that sweet Cosmic Sugar Cube in Destiny 2. Once you have it, you just need to take it over to Starhorse. Redeeming it will grant you one A Gift in Return. This special loot box can be quite lucrative, so be sure to crack it while you can.

As with the rest of The Dawning, there are all kinds of these little quests hidden around. Why not try to find and craft some of those delicious confectionaries for various NPCs. With all of that, comes plenty of loot. There are various pieces of unique armor, like the Thorn Armor, to be found. New Bungie-inspired weapons can also be found, as can some special upgrades for them.
