This entails bringing friends to your island and getting them to rate it positively a bunch of times. After you get the rating, find a bare stump somewhere on your island. Keep track of it because you will be coming back here.
Look under the stumps for a glowing marker on the ground similar to the buried Bells you may find scattered around. Dig up the glowing marker with your shovel and you will have a chance for the mushrooms to drop. You only need one rare mushroom for any of the recipes though.
