The launch of The Witch Queen campaign for Destiny 2 has a lot of players asking questions. With a new world to explore, there’s a lot to get done. Along with each new content drop, there’s a lot to learn in Destiny 2. And doing those tasks means you have a ton of new ranks to earn in the seasonal rewards track. And players are rushing to get that content done before the next content batch drops. But today’s the day, as the new raid is live in the Vow of the Disciple Raid.
s with any major expansion, players get most excited for is the Raid that releases alongside said new expansion or season. This PvE challenge is a huge deal in the community, with player groups competing to set the record for first and fastest clears of the various bosses.
How to get Collective Obligation in Destiny 2
Collective Obligation is an Exotic Pulse rifle introduced in the Vow of the Disciple Raid. Collective Obligation in Destiny 2 can only be obtained by defeating the final boss. You will only get it as a random drop after defeating the final boss, Rhulk. This multi-phase fight won’t be easy by any means. You will once again have to juggle buff carting and splitting roles amongst multiple players. Even the first phase is a bit hectic. You need to stand on the center platform and split up having Leeching Force and Emulating Force at the right time, it’s not easy.
The Collective Obligation is a great weapon that pairs well with Void 3.0. It has an Intrinsic Trait that Leeches Void off of enemies, allowing the affected player to charge their own Void abilities. It will remove the debuff from foes, but it can be used to effectively deal out solid single-target damage. The pulse rifle also has a great set of perks that help it grant buffs.
The rest of the raid is split up into multiple boss fights. You can acquire multiple pieces of loot from each encounter if you run them enough times. Check below for the list of each boss, and what gear they can drop. You can also get Cloaks, Marks and Bonds from the raid rewards. These rewards will vary by class. Hunters get Cloaks, Titans get Marks, and Warlocks get Bonds.
