How to find Treasure Packs in Apex Legends

Treasure Packs in Apex Legends are the new chase item. These special drops are part of the ongoing weekly event that surrounds the story of new hero Loba. She has to work with the other heroes to collect nine artifact pieces for some reason. And the players are going to help her do it. To unlock these artifacts, players will need to begin collecting a new item that will drop from loot chests during games, Treasure Packs.

These small golden boxes are found randomly in any loot chest on the map and can be pinged like any other item. You will need to work together with your squad to collect these, as there will be a lot of competition to find them. As you play the game and get more of these drops, you will find that players will be usually pretty happy to help each other fulfill their Hunt requirements for that week.

The overall story of the event, with the Hunts included, revolves around these artifacts, so if you want to really know what’s going on, you will need to find all nine artifact pieces in Apex Legends. There are 10 weekly events in total, so you’re going to be doing a lot of playing if you want to collect them all.

Keep in mind that the number of Treasure Packs you need to collect will increase each week while the event is running. And since you can only collect one of the Treasure Packs in Apex Legends per day, it’s going to take a while.  And yes, the total listed below is cumulative, so you only need four of them by the end of week two for example. Here is the weekly Treasure Pack requirement for The Broken Ghost:

  • Week 1: 1 Treasure Pack
  • Week 2: 4 Treasure Packs
  • Week 3: 9 Treasure Packs
  • Week 4: 14 Treasure Packs
  • Week 5: 19 Treasure Packs
  • Week 6: 24 Treasure Packs
  • Week 7: 29 Treasure Packs
  • Week 8: 34 Treasure Packs
  • Week 9: 39 Treasure Packs
  • Week 10: 44 Treasure Packs
