With the fast travel in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, you can move around the map a lot easier. There is a lot to do to unlock it though, as the fast travel points are not unlocked by default. Since you don’t want to have to slog through the mud to get around this massive game, there’s a pretty good reason to go around unlocking it. Here’s how to fast travel in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.
Like in previous Assassin’s Creed games you will unlock fast travel points by triggering synchronization in an area. Climbing up to high points marked by the eagle symbols on the map is how you do this. A white symbol is basic and can be accessed in the normal state. Any green eagle icons must be witnessed in Raven vision to unlock them. Climb up and trigger synchronization at the top. Do this to unlock the fast travel point for that area.
When you have it unlocked, the world map will show each point you have unlocked as a fast travel node. You can then select them to move to a location while you’re sailing out in the sea. Just select a fast travel point that you have unlocked to zip over there after a short loading screen.
Keep in mind you need to first unlock the High Point before you are able to fast travel to it.
