If you’re like me, you kind of hate uncontrolled voice chat in most games. Pokémon Unite is a really fun 5v5 romp, but it can be tiring to hear some of the nonsense players have to say. After all, not everyone enjoys hearing loud music or screaming kids in your voice chat. Sadly, there’s no real way to control voice chat in Pokémon Unite other than turning it off. Here are the steps to control voice chat and make it less annoying.
Pokémon Unite has a few different options you can use. If you like communicating with your team, great, keep the settings stock. For those of use that just want to focus, there’s the ability to turn off voice chat. There’s no way to do anything with it, other than toggling it, here’s what to do.
Here’s how to enable and disable voice chat in Pokémon Unite:
- Get to the main menu.
- Press the X button to open the sub-menu.
- Click the Settings icon that looks like a Gear
- Click System Settings
- Scroll down to Voice Chat and toggle it On or Off
