It’s that time of year again in Pokémon Go. There’s another collection event going on that requires you to catch Pokémon from a specific generation and region. This time Trainers can earn a badge for the Unova region from 5th gen that featured in Pokémon Black and White and Pokémon Black 2 and White 2.
Niantic is adding the Unova Collection Challenge ahead of the Unova Celebration happening in Pokémon Go on January 5. This new collection challenge tasks players with encountering and capturing a set piece of the roster from that region. You can show off your Trainer skill by completing the challenge. it’s a pretty simple task, as you only need to catch 9 total Pokémon to complete it.

This is a pretty simple challenge, as you just need to get lucky with spawns. The event runs until January 10 at 8 PM in your local time zone to catch the Pokémon and get the badge. It’s not too hard to do if you work at it. To complete the event, you need to capture the Pokémon listed below. You will likely have to jump through some hoops and put some time in. There are going to be some monsters that have higher spawn rates than others.
