We’re back with a new challenge this week in CandyWriter’s BitLife. With Christmas on the horizon a new challenge has landed. Players will have a big series of things to do, all revolving around being a big ole’ Christmas elf. The process is pretty complicated. But once you know what you’re doing it’s actually pretty easy. The game makes a lot of steps hidden in menus, so things can be kind of hard to figure out. This guide will now walk you through all the things you need to do to complete the Elf Challenge in BitLife.
How to complete The Elf Challenge in BitLife
Each task requires a few steps, and you’re going to be doing a bit of work on it. These are all of the tasks you need to do to complete the Elf Challenge:
- Be born a male in New York
- Give gifts to 30 different people
- Take 50 voice lessons
- Become a famous author
The first thing you need to do is be born in the right place. Make that character and be sure to choose the right one. You could force it by having God mode, but it’s not required. If you’re not paying, you can just keep rolling for new characters until you get a male in New York state.
Making the first festive steps
Next, throughout your life, you’ll need to hand out 30 gifts to other people. You don’t have to rush this part. You can give gifts in BitLife to parents, brothers, sisters, children and more. And yes, even coworkers. Just make sure you have a good job for this part. You’re going to need a lot of money. Since you’re already trying to become a famous author, it might be a good idea to try and wait a few years. Once your writing starts bringing in cash, switch over to gift-giving mode. You need to give 30 gifts to different folks, not just 30 gifts to a few people, make sure to get that right.
Becoming an Author
You will also need to spend time on secondary education. Once you graduate high school, you need to head to college and work towards an English degree. Getting good marks is key, as you need to have a great set of writing skills to make this all work. Once you’re out of school, you can head to the Occupations tab.
You will need to have a high Smarts stat to get this done. This will make it easier to write good books. Check the Occupations tab for the right job, you’re looking for a job marked with Publisher/Writer, that’s the starting position for a famous writer. Keep visiting the library and reading books all throughout life for this to work. Once you get the job, keep plugging away at books. Eventually, you will unlock the Fame system and can move on.
Taking 50 Voice Lessons
You need to take 50 total voice lessons over the course of your digital BitLife experience. Take Voice Lessons via the Activities menu when you first get to schooling. You can take these by going to the Mind & Body tab and scrolling down and clicking on Voice. Just do this all in one year and you can finish this part of the challenge. It’s very easy, as you don’t need to space them out too much. Since your parents will pay for them early in life, you can basically rush through them in childhood.
